Candidate privacy
When you apply to Unloc, we use the information you submit to assess your application and contact you about the hiring process.
Last updated 21 October 2026
What you share
The application asks for your name, email, phone number if you add it, where you’d work from, your LinkedIn profile, a link to your CV, any other relevant link and a short introduction. Clicking Send application submits your details. Please avoid including sensitive personal information or confidential material from another employer.
How we use it
We review your experience and work against the role. For an open application, we consider whether there is a fit with our current or future hiring needs. We also note the role and the page you applied from.
Who can access it
Applications are shared with the people involved in hiring: they are stored in our Google Workspace, and our team gets a short Slack message with your name and the role. We use service providers to run the website and protect the form against bots. We never add applicants to marketing lists or send their details to advertising platforms.
No tracking
This website doesn’t use analytics or advertising tools, so your application isn’t tracked or matched to any campaign.
Questions and deletion requests
To ask about your application information, see or correct it, or request its deletion, contact kris@unloc.app. We keep it for the hiring process and for as long as record-keeping rules require. Open applications may be considered for future roles; you can ask us to stop considering yours. You can also complain to Datatilsynet in Norway or the ICO in the UK.
